Regarding wrong bill

I am having BSNL broadband Connection on Ph No 040-24531104 (HOME PLAN 500) of which i have got the bill of Rs 1944.00 for the month feb

As per the Generated bill for Broadband given for us is

Total usage 3832 MB

Night usage (Free Usage) 517 MB (2:00 AM to 8:00 AM)

Morning usage 3315 MB (8:00 AM to 2:00AM)

Free Usage given

By BSNL (excluding night) 2560 MB

So, Actual ChargeableUsage 755 MB

Net Amount (0.8 ps per MB) Rs 604.00

Bill statement for the month Feb (bill date 08-Mar) given for us

BBFMC 500.00

BBMFMC 60.00

Internet Bill 604.00

Tel. Ph bill 306.00

fixed monthly rent 260.00

Service Tax 214.00

Total Bill 1944.00

But Actual bill that we used for the month of Feb is as follows

Total usage 3923 MB

Night usage (Free Usage) 2675 MB (2:00 AM to 8:00 AM)

Morning usage 1248 MB (8:00 AM to 2:00AM)

Free Usage given

By BSNL (excluding night) 2560 MB

By the above statement we have utilized 1248 MB only which is under 2560 MB.

So, Correct amount that we have to pay only Rs 560.00

So correct bill that we expected including Land line is

BBFMC 500.00

BBMFMC 60.00

Tel. Ph bill 306.00

fixed monthly rent 260.00

Service tax 142.00

Total Bill 1268.00

So, extra amount that we paid was Rs 676.00

In this regard, we complained by written complaint against this wrong billing to Accounts Officer, BSNL (charminar branch), Hyderabad on 05.04.2008 .

But no action is taken in this regard till date.
