I have a Bsnl landline. The connection was dead for last more than four years despite many requisitions. Six month's back, I was askes to pay about Rs. 4000 for reactivation. I depositted the money and the connection was reactivated. After less than one month from the day of activation, the connection got dead again. Surprisingly I am continuaosly receiving bills for last about five months since the phone remained dead. The BSNL have no right to operate the landline services with so much of poor performance and no customer support. On their Cellular service, OH! you can hardly listen to the caller. Jai HO BSNL JI.
I want to sue the company for their fraudulant attitude which has caused freat inconveniance to me. Please guide.
