My relatives landline number has been disconnected due to the so called techincal problems. It has been pending for more than 10 days now with out any action, irrespectie of the complaint logged on the same day. How pathetic the BSNL department services are... courtsey great authorities!!
main reason why people go for mobile plans rather than BSNL landline... much more reliable
