I LOSE MY MOBILE ON DT.13-6-11, I AM GOING TO FALSHAWADI AND COLLECT NEW SIM CARD

MY PREPAID MOBILE NO. IS 94278-20211, LAST FOUR DAYS MY MOBILE IS NOT UNDER WORKING

I AM GOING THREE TIME BSNL OFFICE.

BUT MY MOBILE NOT START AS TIL DATE.

THE OFFICER SAID TO ME THE NETWORK PROBLEM BUT I CALL AT CUSTOMER CALL 1503 .THAY TOLD ME THAT MY MOBILE IS WORKING BUT OFFICER NOT SOLD MY PROBLEM

AT THIS STAGE WHAT CAN I DO.
