EXCISE NET BILL (telephone Bill) Rs 20, 000/- in 3month Normally 850/- P.M

Dear sir,

I have taking brodband cunnection from Murshidabad, Po- Berhampur district from last one year, and found regular bill around Rs250 to 280, But suddenly found bill has come Rs1200/-...9800/- and last 7700/- approx. accordingly i was discuss our bsnl officier Mr. S. mondal, as per discussion tempurary discunnected phone .and observed my billing /serving histry. found abnormal time serving...

all matter discuss mr mondal... he promise me he can introduce GM for further discussion.

till date this case is painding and cunnection also discunnected

Please note that I all ready paid upto 9800/- amount bill

want... proper investigation for this excise bill
