TELEPHONE DEAD SINCE 15 DAYS

Respected sir,

My BSNL landline telephone no 0522-2443848 is dead since 28/08.I have made 3 complains on 198 (fault repairing system).nos being u-8198/28.08. v-8527/04.09.2008 and w-5919/09.09.2008.but salute to BSNL complaints are always erased without any action. My address is as follows- RATAN PRAKASH VERMA, SI-85, ASTHA, SURAKSHA ENCLAVE-1, ELDECO UDYAN-2, RAEBARELLI ROAD, LUCKNOW.
