My complain to BSNL Mobile services is that I have recharged for Rs.112/- on dtd12/13-09 which has also been debited to the account of freichisee whose MBL no.is9428501522.But to my surprise i have not recieved balance in my mobile account. I would like to ask yopuir goodself what malpractices are going on in the BSNL mobile service. Customer services had even gone failed to give me any satisfactory reply in return. I hereby give you a statutary warning in the matter. In no option I will have to drag the matter in consummer District forum agaist the officials.the reasons provided to me are not satisfactory by customer care service. Please try to avoid delay and treat the matter at mo0st urgent.
