I rented an EVDO Broadband connection on Sat 20 Sep 08 and was told that it would get activated latest by Monday 22 Sep 08. I had to make more than 20 calls for the connection to get activated and finally it got activated on Wed 24 Sep 08.

The staff is unprofessional in the organization and they placed my call on hold, while attending to the personal calls on cellphone.

The EVDO speed is extremely slow compared to what they have advertised and when you request for an engineer visit, they staff asked me to come their office which is approximately 6 - 8kms from my place.

I would appreciate if this complaint is deal with on an urgent basis.
