Caller ID phone

Sir,

I am applied for 95 Calling, STD and caller ID phone on 24/06. They allready activated the 95 & calling facilties, but till know they not provide the phone & when we talk to the customer care or vist office they not provide proper answer from there side. I am still searching for the positive answer. Pls do the needfull and told them to install the caller ID phone to my location.
