Dear Sir
I registered BSNL Calcutta telephone against my ICICI account for on line bill payment. In multiple cases the company do not present the bill to my account in proper tine resulting in unnecessary harrasement to my family members who are at home. Since I stay outside I am very much dependent on this arrangement. I need proper service of the phone also.
Like this month I have not received the bill on my account yet though the website of calcultta telephone is showing bill raised on 3/10/08 and to be paid by 25th. It has become a cause of anxiety every month. I want to draw the attention of the authority for a permanent solution to this.
