Worst Support & Pathetic Customer Care

Hi,

I am a BSNL Broadband customer. I had BSNL connection at Mathikera Bangalore address. Recently i shifted my house closer to my office. I submitted my telephone shifting request well in advance so that connection will be ready by the time i will move to new house in Ramamurthy Nagar Bangalore.

Now I already shifted to a new house in Ramamurthy Nagar Bangalore. I raised a request to shift my phone & broadband connection to my new address on 16th Sept. Officers assured me that it will not take more then 2 weeks to shift this connection. My OB number is 75111809. Now it is more then a month. I can’t see any thing is happening in this regard. Daily i am calling Ramamurthy Nagar BSNL telephone exchange but no one is picking the phone.

I got bunch of customer care numbers to speak but no one is picking the phone.

I tried to reach couple of people to raise my concern but the result is none.

I tried to reach Mr. Babu Division Engg on his mobile number i.e. 9449859200 but he is also not picking up the phone.

Later I tried to speak Mrs. Nilima Area Manager on 25422000 / 25427000 but her secretary not allowing me to speak to her & asking me to call them tomorrow every time I call these two numbers.

We are outsiders with small family. Most of my business is based on internet connection. Now I am helpless. I can’t work late night because there is no connection at home. It is impacting my communication to my customer.

My personal experience with BSNL is very bad. I will shout with my open mouth that BSNL is another name of worst support, worst services, worst communication, and worst customer care. It is my personal advice not to go for BSNL. It is best to go for private operators. Their services are far better then BSNL & they are well aware of technical issues.
