I have BSNL connection my no is 9474396228. I lodged a complain for deducted my balance money on your customer service on 17th sep 2008 my complain no 2984643 . That time your customer service has told me that our technical department will call to inform you. But I have no reply within 15 days then I am call to your customer services person Mr. Gopal he assure me that it is not more and our technical department will call inform you.
After one month again they further deducted my blance money on 16th oct. I have lodged a further complain with reference of previous on 16th oct at 9:30 Pm Complain No. 3046718.to your customer services person Mr. Priyabrata Pal. But till now I am not know what is the casue to deduct my balance monthly.
