Broad band service is not activated since 17th Sept inspite of numerous requests and complains

With my request broadband was installed in my plave on the 17th Sept. It was supposed to be activated within 24 hrs. After several requests, it was partially activated on the 26th Sept. Till this day (30th Sept) it is not working. Numerous compalins has been lodged. Each time, the agent says that they are sending a person to check the problem physically. I had taken off from my office to attend the said person with no result. In this age of precious value of time and energy, how can a Govt's service in such an essential dept be so reluctant to the customers. I would like to rais this complain to the highest level.

To save my profession and as a senior citizen, I have been offered from other service agencies to provide me broadband service within a couple of hrs with full functioning.

Shouldnt I go for the second choice and demand a compensation to BSNL for the loss of my time?
