DEAR SIR,
MY BSNL MOBILE NO IS 9433529065 THE SIM WAS DAMAGED. AFTER THAT I REPLACED THE SIM FROM CIRCUS AVENUE EXCHANGE BUT ON 13/10 BUT SINCE THAT DATE INCOMING CALL TO THIS NUMBER HAS NOT ACTIVATED TILL TO DATE. I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 20/10. BUT TILL DATE i.e. ON 31/10 THE SAID FACILITIES HAS NOT BEEN STARTED. HENCE IT IS REQUESTED THAT PLEASE DO IT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE SINCE I AM FACING A LOT PROBLEMS.
