BSNL Cellone- Anant Plan
Request for Conversion of Anant Plan to Saral Anant Plan

We are the resident of Dhanbad, Jharkhand and a very old customer of BSNL Cellone Anant Sim.

Few days back I came to know that we can convert the existing plan of Anant to Saral Anant by doing

which we can reduce the talk time charges. I called up the customer care and came to know that by simply sending a message from my mailbox I can covert the plan. But ultimately till now the same Anant Plan exists in my mobile. After my repeted complaints to the customer care also no action has been taken yet. My number is 9431159136.My request for the change of plan was first send on 17th July.

The connection is in my father's name.
