I have set-up auto-payment system through ICICI online payment against "Bill Presentment by BSNL Cell One".
The latest bill of Rs.450 due on 16-05 has been already paid on 16-05 through ICICI online payment system.
Though the previous payment had also been paid under the same system which is reflecting in the current bill, how come the current payment is NOT ACCOUNTED FOR by BSNL Cell One...?
The outgoing calls of the subject mobile phone have been barred since 26-05. This is highly improper and inefficient management in the part of BSNL.
