iam a bsnl-cellone subscriber in andhra pradesh.my number is 9491335211. i have bought a topup card of rs.55 and tried to recharge my mobile th the card. but, for the past 2 days, im getting a service reply, NETWORK BUSY PLS TRY LATER. i dunno wats wrong th the CELLONE.. i know i have to submit the SERIAL NO. of the TOPUP card here for u ppl to take some action, but, i cant practically disclose the service number on a public form. i have also called the customer care but no action is taken.. pls do something in this regard
