Respected Sir,

I have been using Cellone connection (94464 51005) for the past 6 months. Due to my inability to pay the bills through Cellone counter, Pattom (which is the only office for Cellone in the city), I prefer online payment. But this facility works fine once in a blue moon, I should say. And the worst part is when I call up their customer care, nobody there really knows about the same and asks the customer to make payment by cash though the status of online payment shows "Initiated". No customer care agents have any idea about the payment made through online.

It is fine, if I've to go to the office and settle my bills. But having an other option and not able to use it is very dissapointing. Today is my last day to settle the bill and I have made online payment. But I don't know how sucessful it would be.
