I am using BSNL, Cellone prepaid service,
I think this is the worst network provider, donot provide service in the evening times especially, I m trying to talk to customer care from many days but it is not responding, call is not being connected to them, I got it connected two days back but the responce from the customer care is bad. I asked that person about deactivating the plan (platinum), he asked me to send a code as sms message to certain number as i'm outside, I failed to here that and asked him once again, his responded that "You are asking the same thing again and again, but not getting to it when I am saying", but I think it's not my fault because I'm on road side and in the traffic, So I failed to get him. For me customer-care service mean that helping the customer who needs help, but his responce hurt me so I'm making this complaint.
