COMPAINT NO.: 3394353 DATED 02/02. LODGED WITH BSNL CELLONE REGARDING SMS SENDING FAILED. AFTER SO MANY REQUSET, NO ACTION IS YET BEEN TAKEN. ALSO BLOCKED MY CELL PHONE NO 9470121799 TO USE CASTOMER CARE NO.(91 9400024365). WHERE EVER TRYING TO TALK WITH CASTOMER CARE CENTRE ALWAYS REPLYING "ALL ROUTES ARE BUSY PLEASE TRY AFTER SOM TIME" THIS IS INTENTIONAL SET REPLY.THIS IS THE FINEST EXAMPLE OF "worst class service". A SIMPLE PROBLEM THEY UNABLE TO SOLVE SINCE MORE THEN ONE MONTH. I HOPE MY DEMAND WILL REACH TO SAID COMPANY.
