Dear sir/mam,

with respect to the subject citied above i would like to let u know that i am a user of bsnl since more than 1year but i am not satisfied by the services provided by bsnl. my cell no is 919435846913, perpaid sim, from the east zone of assam, tinsukia.

that sir, i want to use mms in my prepaid sim but the mms is not being activated in my sim for which i have requested and complained lots of time to bsnl customer care but still no respose or servies has been provided form thier side. that sir, i am using sumsung M620 model cell and my complain's logged in bsnl customer care are complain no. 2415611 dated 13/02/09 time 9.56am and again complain no. 3417687 dated 15/02/09 time 11.22am 3417687 dated. 15/02/09 time 11.25am.

that sir, i request you to kindly look after this matter and take necessary action and give them a pressure against the work not being done as soon as possbile.
