Y customer care executive call i have rsponded on 27/Nov, 9.23pm for caller tune, Rs2/ deducted for sms.
Rs12/ deducted for song down loading
Rs20/ deducted for monthly charges.
Till today caller tune not activated.
it is very bad customer service.
if possible to provide do immediately or return the deducted amount
