sir my problems. these are follows.
1. my no. sms free recharge 20 oct. 2008 and totol sending sms 70 . sir my 80 p. cut charge 28 oct to today. sir help to u urgently.my cut charge stop.
2. sir i complaint to bsnl coustmer center 31oct. 2008 and 3 nob. 2008 but always one answer recieving u wait 24 hour and evening and ur complaint forword again.
plz sir urgently help me, i hope
