Unable to stop unsolicited SMS

Dear Sir,

Im using my BSNL mobile for he past 7 yrs. I hv registered my mobile no. through BSNL for the Do Not Call Service by september but from the very same BSNL im receiving unsolicited SMS for eg Downloading RingTones, Caller Back Tones, Wall papers etc., still now. I am complaining to BSNL they are not even accepting my written complaint im getting SMS from the numbers 55888, BA-MASTI (Asks me to Dial 1255533), 59595, BT-BSNL etc., please advice me how to stop this
