Deficient Broadband Service

I have BSNL Broadband connection at my residence. Address is :

616/3, Phipps Road, Ayanavaram, Chennai-600023

The Broadband connectivity remains extremely poor & the connection comes & goes out at will. We have made several complaints in last 6 months but the situation has not at all improved.

I hope they would take some action after this complaint.
