Why it is so that bsnl gprs server is down all the time and no relaxation of time limit is given to the customer.that extra time should be added to the validity period bought by the customer for which the server is down.who is responsible for time and money loss.bsnl should be privatised and should be more responsible.management should be in skilled hands.at the present it does'nt seem so.
