BSNL DATA-1 internet connection problem

Hi,

My self Nilanjan Roy having use the BSNL BROAD BAND DATA 1 connection..

But most of the time the doesn't persists.. when logged a complain they haven't taken any serious action. They corrected temporarily & after few days same problem persists...

But I have to pay bill in each month regularly!
