I am in a huge problem, please help me. I will write my problem in detail, please give me some suggestions.
In november month, i applied for broad band connection -250 plan
then i called customer care to change my plan, they said they will change the planto 5 combo.
then on in the end of november i clarified that my plan has been changed to 500combo.
I totally clarified that my plan has been changed and i can use it accordingly to 5ooplan.
so in the december month i started using according to 500 combo plan.
As usual i used to download files form 2.30am to 7.15am in the morining.
but on december 19th i got a call that there was a technical problem in the system and my plan did not change.
So i called customer care so many times and asked them about my problem, there was no response form them.
In the january i got 47000 bill which i cannot pay.
so i went to bsnl lingampally, hyderabad office to submit complaint letter and i submitted it.
but till february they did not give any response.
so again i went to bsnl office in this month, again i explained the problem to them, they are saying that i have
to pay the bill and also the officer in that place is so lazy that he is saying directly that
how can i loose you.
Please solve my problem, because there is no mistake i done and also i cannot pay the bill.
