Bsnl (public sector undertaking) offers wide varity of services.
Quality of service is generally poor (Slower broad band, poor quality mobile service).
when it coms to billing;it never uses quality billing softwares.
So customers have to pay for some one elses bill or absord bills. I havnt had internet access this month due to my computers harware problums. But the portal says i was using
its internet service all the time.
To day i logged into "BSNL dataone my account" portal using Dataone internet connection; but the sotware said i am offline.
More over when i tried to change my password the software couldnt actually change that.
