Hello this is Shantanu Mitra. Today when i tried to open a website I was redirected to a bsnl page which said that since you have exceeded your limit of 1 gb you have been redirected to this page. Please press ok to continue. I pressed ok and then I got the message happy browsing and i can do my browsing. This is not the first time that I got this message. I am getting this message too often. And not only that when I opened my account in bsnl using my portal id to check my usage in the months of may and june (unbilled) it gave me the message "sorry no records"
