BSNL DATAONE
Userid Not activated and no ADSL Signal

Applied for the data one connection on 6th July and recieved modem on 13th July. Recieved userid and password on 21 July. The userid and password have still not become active and am not able to connect to the network due to error 676 and 678. Also the ADSL light on the modem has become off post getting the username and password.

Please rectify the same as soon as possible. Thanks
