My dataone connection was irregular since beginning. Since December till today I have not been able to connect to the internet. In Oct. I went to our SDO (Internet) at Panbazar office of BSNL @ Guwahati (Name- Mr. Sarma) who after checking told me that my telephone (Land line) no.(0361-2411017) is not fit for Dataone and he assured me to take action. He further told me to meet Mr. Deb/ Dey who is SDO (T) in my zone. I could not meet him on two occassions due to his absence. Till today it is not resolved. But every month I am paying Rs.500 being the minimum amount without any use. Many time The phone line is disconnected due to default in payment. But I am regularly paying. For last one month the phoneline remained dead. Today I went again to the office. the concerned officers were absent (Mr. Sarma and Mondal). from office one person enquired about my problem from another officer and told me that my line is having an EARTHING(?) problem. He suggested to lodge complaint which I did.

Now my querry is - will I get the connection back? when? I want refund of my money with interest for the dataone charges service of which could not be provided. Is there any record with BSNL System to let me know the days on which the phone line and Dataone were not available.
