I took a broadband connection from BSNL on 26th April on my telephone No. 9104634279627 at the Melaseval Exchange, under Dataone scheme. inspite of repeated requests I have not been given my correct ID by the local BSNL office. So I am unable to varify my internet usage details on the BSNL website.
Also for the past 3 days the internet connection gets switched off from 8pm to 7am making me incapable of accessing the internet during the free download time from 2am to 8am. Local BSNL exchange at Melaseval is unable to provide me with satisfactory answers.
Could you help please?
