Poor Customer Service

Hello,

I am Latha. I have taken a BSNL Data one connection (500 Combo Plan) some three months back in the name of my brother. First two months i received bill amount of around Rs.500 to 600.But i shocked to see my third month bill as it was gone to around Rs.3750. When i went to BSNL office to inquire about the same, nobody bothered to give me proper explanation as everyone is directing to someone else. All my efforts have gone in vain, so finally decided to change the plan to unlimited one on August 19 and did the same.

My net connection was not working properly after Changed to unlimited plan. I have given so many complaints to their customer service no.1500. But nobody turned up to resolve the issue. Moreover whenever i call their customer service, some song will be going or they put me on hold for long time. One day I got frustrated and called their customer service. One of their executive in the customer service spoke to me very rudely. Then one of the superior there compromised me and gave me divisional officer contact number (044-26266666), whenever I call this number, no one bothered to pick the call.

I am totally unsatisfied with BSNL data one service and quality. Now i decided to take off the connection. But before that I want someone from BSNL to repair the MODEM as I have purchased the same for Rs.2000 from BSNL. My complaint was about not proper working of MODEM for which nobody turned at all. I want either new MODEM or adjust that 2000 in my bill amount as I can't do with that useless MODEM. Please do the needful at the earliest.
