Sir,
I have BSNL data one connection. My telephone number is 0788 2329287 .All of a sudden it stopped functioning. I made a written complaint on 5/7/08.On 8/7/08 after checking the modem installed at my residence I was told that the port has been changed and within two days it will start functioning. It didn't happen and I lodged a complaint again on 12/7/08 (complaint No.453). I was told that it will be done the next day.
I am a distraught person as they will send the bill promptly for this month's service also.
I contacted by phone today just before writing this complaint.but I am sure it is not going to be corrected even now.
Is BSNL irresponsive to complaints? Are they lacking experts?
I expect that at least seeing this complaint they shall respond.
