My BSNL broadband, dataone is not workimg since 2nd of July. I booked complaint on 4th of July. They gave me complaint no. too - A58. Nobody turned up. Later I had to book complaint freshly, the no. being A248 .I have been constantly enquiring as to when they would attend to it. Each time they say they will see to it. Where should I go now, even the senior staff at their nearest office Patrakar colony, Indore, is paying no heed.
