BSNL DATAONE
Broadband service Activated but not served

Hello,

I'm customer of BSNL DataOne BroadBand service. before 4 months i applied for broadband service but BSNL only activated service but not serving. For my home uasage i've to depend on my i'net connection but during 1 month period hardly 3 days i'net is running and that is not prectictable.

I complained BSNL 10 time during last 2 months but it's of no use. They are charging me full monthly rental but not giving service.

I request you to look in to this issue
