I own a shop i do all easy and card recharges, nealy all network of my town . but the most funny thing is that the telecom giant bsnl provides easy recharge facility but doesn't have a valid customer care for it . other networks have 1 no for both physical and easy recharge but bsnl have 2 . 9400024365 for physical recharge and 9400024366 for easy, and if u dial the easy cc no a cute voice in kannada will say this no doesn't exist. if i ask normal cc they don't have a firm answer they just say try again . and don't ask us anything about easy recharge . hah i lost 220bucks, if it was in other network i had would have cancelled the transaction or tranferred the amount to right customer . but BSNL SHAME
