BSNL EVDO internet device Speed is very poor And can't get responce from bsnl

Hello Sir,

I had purchased bsnl broadband connection before 8 month and it is not working anymore (disconnect momently) i had complained lots of times. but they didn't solve my problem and also give me very bad responce. One sir is there called "Patel sir". He told me that we can't do you can leave this connection.we will not solve. BSNL has no value of their customer how can they say like this.

then after many complain lastly i disconnected my broadband connection.

and now I have purchased BSNL EVDO internet device. And as per bsnl statement it provide speed of 2 MBPS. But i am getting speed of 10-15 kbps. I am really tired.

I had also complain many times and they told there is some problem and they doing maintenance.

can you please help me to solve my problem ASAP.
