I'm using BSNL EVDO broadband service for the past 8 months.. Initially it was working good, but for past 2 months it's not working.. Despite repeated complaints, I haven't got any proper reply from BSNL.. Nobody from BSNL has visited my place also to check actual problem..Everytime when i call BSNL office, they register a new complaint, but they don't provide complaint no. also, so it's difficult to check who has registered the complaint... I request you to do the needful...
