Poor Service/Customer Care

I am using BSNL EVDO service since April. Initially the service was ok, but now after the launch of reliance Netconnect Plus the speeds have slashes dramatically. I visited the Model colony exchange many times they changed my device also but no change in speeds. Now when I am talking to them they are saying surrender your connection if you are not satisfied.

Should I expect such type of response from a company like BSNL?

I am very much sure these guys will not relax unless they convert BSNL into a sick company.
