BSNL(EVDO DATA CARD)
Not working properly

I brought one bsnl evdo data card from my nearest bsnl office (KOLLKATTA-UTTARPARRA), But i having to much problems in taking speed of data card i get downloading speed upto 7 kbps and browsing speea upto 146kbps, so kindly solve my problems that i can satisfied with using your company data card.
