Reactivation of old SIM

Dear Sirs,

Please reactivate my old and first connection of BSNL excel no. 9431254111.

Currently I am using post paid connection 9431007280, but still have liking for old one.

Please reactivate or inform process for the same.

I shall be obliged forever.
