I am using excel (no is 9433735289). I rechrged my cell with SMS voucher priced 24/-(incl. tax) and got 200 SMS free as usual. But when i send sms to nos like this 92326600589 (LOCAL TATA INDICOM), 9051241106 (LOCAL VODAFONE) the balance is reduced from the MAIN BALANCE instead of SMS BALANCE!! I called customer care severals times but that did not produce any result. I hope my problem will be solved as early as possible.
