I am a BSNL subscriber with Mobile No-09433380396 and Sim No-8991816094211175707. On last 04/10 my SIM card gets blocked due to wrong PIN and showing error message "Enter PUK Key". From that day I have called BSNL Customer Care at least 30 times till now (11/10) but they didn't give me any solution and saying that they have problem with their system/system is slow at this moment, call later and so on.
