I am using BSNL excell connection from past 1 year. from last 1 month I am not able to recieve any call from BSNL network. Where as I can call to anyy network. But if someone from BSNL network tries to call me, He/She is not able to connect to my number.
I tried to contact to customer care of BSNL from my phone and from others too, but was not able to contact to any CSE. As soon as I press the key for "connecting to customer support executive", the phone is disconnect.
What can I do now?
