BSNL EXCEL PREPAID SERVICE
Cross connection on my mobile

I am subscriber of your BSNL since these days I am getting cross connected with threatening calls from the cross connected people. I would like to know whether anyone can tap or conference with my mobile number without my permission by any of the BSNL employee.
