My mobile no. is 9425013206. I have been using BSNL's GPRS service since more than a year now. However since yesterday, the service has stopped working. I contacted my friends using the same service of BSNL Bhopal. All have the same problem. BSNL's helpline at 9425024365 simply does not answer even after holding on for 15 minutes.
