Unreasonable delay & Horrible service

I have registered for a new BSNL landline connection on 13/8

I have paid Rs200/- as per the process at the Tirumalagherry Telephone exchange vide Receipt num 721046517 dtd 13th Aug

Its Folio num is 514639 SNKP W 1373040, A/c num - APHTD20080892846

On the same day i was alloted landline num 27113845 (snkp4237)

It has been a dream to get a proper POT landline BSNL connection at my home

Later after about 20days/ a month we were told that the normal landline connection is not possible due to technical reasons and i have to opt for WLL phone

I was forced literraly, as there is no technical feasibility as per your BSNL telephone exchange - to opt for WLL connection

Asper their guidance i have signed a document for WLL and submitted Ref FWTTRG 1551 / 20080554

To my surprise in spite of meeting the concerned authorities atleast three times in between till date, lame excuses like - pl collect from our godown, now despatch not possible, you can easily connect yourself etc.. were the answers given to us when we visit

Till date we were not delivered the telephone connection inspite of our repeated visits and requests - today date is 7th Dec

Does it take such a long time even in current BSNL business scenario??

Is there any authority who is monitoring the customer deliveries??

I request any concerned authority to revert on

1) when we will be given the current WLL phone!! -- do we have to wait hopelessly???

2) when can get the normal landline connection, any suitable time suggested!!
