My phone no is 044 25592816. i have lost my internet connection for nearly a month now. i have lodged a complaint to bsnl customer care through toll free no 1500. Once, i got a call from bsnl, asking whether internet is working. i told him no, and they told me that there is a fault on their side in the line. But, so far after so many reminders no action has been taken. i am paying the minimum rental for internet even without using it. Kindly help me to sort out, as there are no other private subscribers line coming near my home.
